Team cooperation, “work hard, play hard” attitude, open communication, and kindness mark Casepoint’s culture\nNumber of positions currently vacant: 2\nKey job responsibilities:\nWork with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. \nProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for internal user groups as well as authorized external users.\nWrite easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.\nCreate tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications, modules in different use case scenarios.\nAnalyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.\nManage, Update and maintain all technical documentation.\nCollaborate with product and marketing teams in repurposing technical documentation for presentations. \nMentor and train other technical documentation staff as and when needed Requirements. \nProven working experience in technical writing of software documentation. \nAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail. \nAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picture\nRequired skills & experience\nRequired 1-5 years of experience.\nShould have experience with LMS(Learning Management System), Agile and Camtasia\nBachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics or related field(Master's degree, a plus). \nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
