team to provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative, agile, and high-performing environment.\nAct as the core lead for China influencer initiatives, working closely with the cross-functional and the global team to ensure local strategies align with the brand’s vision while being perfectly tailored for the Chinese market.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field\nAt least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing (experience with fashion/ trendy/ beauty FMCG is a huge plus).\nDeep understanding of the Chinese social media ecosystem (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili) and agency/MCN operation models.\nProven ability to manage and negotiate high-value KOL/agency deals and contracts.\nStrong data analytical skills, with the ability to integrate KOL organic performance data with paid media amplification results to evaluate true campaign ROI and drive holistic marketing insights.\nExperience leading teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nPassion for influencer culture and staying ahead of fast-paced industry
