You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, best-practice Caseware configurations. You will manage senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery quality, and proactively mitigate project risks while working independently or as part of a team on engagements. In addition, you will mentor Associate Consultants, provide solution oversight, and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings. Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards. The Consultant will report to the Director, Professional Services.\nThis is a new role.\nThis is a full-time, permanent position.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support.\nAct as the primary solution authority for assigned client engagements, providing expert guidance on Caseware functionality, best practices, and accounting workflow optimization.\nTranslate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant Caseware configurations, ensuring alignment with applicable accounting standards and firm methodologies.\nManage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nOversee project execution and delivery quality on non-enterprise projects, including scope control, risk identification, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and service standards.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to escalate issues, contribute to product feedback, and ensure successful client outcomes.\nMentor and provide technical leadership to associate consultants and implementation team members, including knowledge sharing, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.\nDeliver client training and change management activities, enabling user adoption, process transformation, and long-term value realization from Caseware solutions.\nSupport pre-sales and solution scoping activities by contributing to proposals, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and implementation approach definition. \nContinuously improve implementation methodologies and assets, leveraging lessons learned, industry trends, and evolving Caseware capabilities to enhance service delivery effectiveness.\nWhat you will bring:\nExperience (must meet one of the following):\n4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.\nExperience providing consultative advice to clients, including understanding business requirements and making recommendations.\nComfortable using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology solutions.
