doing:\nDesign and evolve high-signal GitHub Actions pipelines for build, test, release, and deployment workflows.\n\nOptimize pipeline performance, reliability, and feedback loops across multi-language projects (TypeScript, Java, and Python).\n\nBuild and maintain reusable CI/CD building blocks that product teams can adopt with minimal friction.\n\nImprove release safety with stronger validation gates, rollout strategies, and automation around quality checks.\n\nDrive Nx monorepo scalability through task orchestration, cache strategy, affected project workflows, and developer productivity improvements.\n\nBuild internal devkit tooling and generators to standardize platform patterns and reduce repetitive engineering work.\n\nImplement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK, Helm, and GitOps patterns (Flux).\n\nSupport Kubernetes-based workloads and deployment architecture across environments.\n\nPartner with engineering teams on service hardening including observability, resilience, scaling, and operational readiness.\n\nImprove platform security posture through guardrails, policy automation, and least-privilege patterns.\n\nReliability and Developer Experience\n\nRaise service and pipeline reliability through strong monitoring, alerting, and incident-ready runbooks.\n\nImprove operability with actionable logs, traces, metrics, and dashboards.\n\nReduce cognitive load for feature teams by making the golden path fast and intuitive.\n\nCoach teams on delivery standards, DevOps maturity, and production best practices.\n\nWhat you bring:\n4+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or software engineering roles with strong operational ownership.\n\nStrong TypeScript proficiency for platform tooling, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure code.\n\nProduction experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code, with AWS CDK as a strong plus.\n\nDeep experience designing and operating GitHub Actions pipelines in medium-to-large codebases.\n\nStrong understanding of build systems, dependency management, and monorepo-scale engineering.\n\nExperience implementing secure CI/CD practices, release controls, and environment promotion strategies.\n\nSolid Linux and Docker debugging skills in cloud-native environments.\n\nNx monorepo expertise, including task graph optimization, affected workflows, and caching strategy.\n\nHands-on Kubernetes experience and Helm chart management in real delivery environments.\n\nExperience with GitOps delivery models such as Flux.\n\nFamiliarity with mixed-stack monorepos (Angular, NestJS, Java, and serverless workloads).\n\nExperience with observability platforms (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) and production incident
