This role will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define technical requirements, streamline integrations, and enable innovation across our ecosystem.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a product manager with strong technical aptitude and platform mindset who wants to grow their career building scalable systems, APIs, and data-driven capabilities that transform how assurance professionals work.\nThis is a Full-time permanent position\nThis is a backfill position\nLocation:This is a hybridrole requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at 351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON.\nContact: Taha Usmani (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner)\nWhat you will be doing:\nSupport and Execute Platform Vision\nContribute to the roadmap for core platform services such as APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integration frameworks.\n\nTranslate platform strategy into clear product requirements and user stories with measurable success criteria.\n\nPartner with engineering to prioritize backlog items, refine requirements, and support sprint planning and delivery.\n\nEnsure platform capabilities align with enterprise scalability, security, and reliability standards.\n\nPartner Across Teams\nCollaborate with product teams across Caseware to identify shared capability needs and integration opportunities.\n\nServe as the connector between engineering and vertical product teams, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of platform services.\n\nParticipate in technical design discussions, clarifying trade-offs and dependencies to keep execution on track.\n\nDrive Operational and Delivery Excellence\nDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes for shared platform capabilities.\n\nMonitor key platform metrics such as performance, reliability, and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.\n\nManage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality.\n\nChampion Technical Product Management Best Practices\nSupport backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint reviews.\n\nContribute to internal enablement assets such as templates, integration guides, and platform release documentation.\n\nLearn from and collaborate with senior and principal PMs to build your platform product management expertise.\n\nWhat you will bring:\n3-5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments.\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events/notifications infrastructure and modern cloud-based architectures.\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value.\n\nProven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features.\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.\n\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.\n\nExposure to data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems.\n\nExperience working in AI-native product development environments where engineering, design, and product teams leverage agentic tools as force multipliers -
