This hands-on role supports end users, manages device deployment and inventory, maintains conference room technology, administers Microsoft 365 systems, and coordinates with our managed IT provider on escalated issues and technology projects.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and helping improve systems and processes in a growing organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide day-to-day technical support for employees in the office and field.\nConfigure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and system access for new hires.\nManage device inventory, replacements, returns, and lifecycle tracking.\nSupport Microsoft 365, user access, MFA, and company applications.\nMaintain conference room technology and support Teams meetings and company events.\nCoordinate escalated support issues and technology projects with our managed IT provider.\nDocument procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\nHelp ensure company technology systems remain secure, organized, and effective.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administration experience.\nFluency in both English and Spanish.\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows devices, Apple devices, and user account management.\nExperience with device deployment, onboarding/offboarding, MFA, and access administration.\nStrong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple requests and provide support across office and field environments.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to offices and job sites as needed\nPreferred:\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF.\nAssociate or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.\nRelevant IT certifications.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nNew hires receive devices and system access before their start date.\nEmployees receive timely, professional support and issue resolution.\nDevice inventory and assignments are maintained accurately.\nConference rooms, Teams meetings, and AV systems are consistently operational.\nTechnology projects, vendor requests, and support tickets are completed efficiently and effectively.\nWhy Join CASEY?\nAt CASEY, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping support and improve the technology that keeps our teams connected and productive. CASEY provides a benefits package that includes options for medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as voluntary term life and AD&D insurance. Additionally, CASEY offers paid time off, annual holidays, and financial benefits such as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. There may also be opportunities for incentive bonuses.
