The ideal candidate will have experience in construction safety, and some understanding of the unique safety demands of data center environments.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the Safety Director in daily safety operations across job sites.\nAct as the primary point of contact for immediate safety questions or concerns from crews on site.\nConduct daily site inspections and audits to identify and document potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliant behaviors related to drywall activities.\nVerify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nDeliver safety orientations and assist with daily toolbox talks by relaying key safety messages to our employees in English and Spanish.\nAssist in accident investigations and maintain accurate records.\nMonitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.\nMaintain PPE inventory and safety supplies.\nFoster a culture of safety and teamwork among field staff.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.\nAt least one (1) year of construction safety experience\nU. S. citizenship (required due to restricted job site access)\nExperience in drywall or interior trades is a plus\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required\nCPR/First Aid certification\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nBilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently\nStrong organizational skills; ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills\nDetail-oriented\nAbility to work different schedules and be flexible in scheduling when needed\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to walk, stand for extended periods, climb ladders/scaffolding, and navigate a construction site.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in various weather conditions and construction environments.\nThe salary range for this position is $62,000 to $75,000 (based on skills, experience, and education). CASEY provides a benefits package that includes options for medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as voluntary term life and AD&D insurance. Additionally, CASEY offers paid time off, annual holidays, and financial benefits such as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. There may also be opportunities for incentive bonuses.
