They manage the progression of work, providing regular reports and flagging priority risks and issues to the Senior Development Manager.Capabilities / Skills\nStrong communication skills with an ability to negotiate and develop strong relationships\nExperience of managing retail fitouts is preferred\nProject Management skills are required\nAbility to work across multiple projects and balance differing priorities\nHigh-level of attention to detail\nStrong sense of autonomy and ability to work in a small team with limited oversight\nAbility to work and thrive in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment\nJob requirements & accountabilities\nKey accountabilities include:Lead the plan regards the design and build phase of projects to ensure the design and fit out of Banking Hub solutions is completed to time, quality and budget.\nCreate strong working relationship with suppliers, and ensure they are carrying out tasks efficiently whilst adhering to required standards, SLAs and policies. Create project plans, manage RAID logs and identify critical paths. Escalate issues as appropriate.\nTrack project performance and report this for governance meetings and other reporting as required.\nWork closely with the Acquisition Managers and Delivery Support Managers to deliver the collective objective of opening Hubs within timescales required.
