skills and a passion for sales and customer service?\nWe are looking for a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to lead and manage our sales Department, ensuring excellent and efficient daily operations and the achievement of the front office.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOversee and manage the daily operations of the Front Office / Sales Department.\n\nLead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve all KPI’s\n\nMonitor individual sales performance and provide coaching, training and guidance.\n\nEnsure customer orders, delivery and collection appointments are processed accurately and timeously.\n\nCoordinate with the Warehouse, Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nOversee invoicing, reconciliations and general administration.\n\nMonitor the picking system and customer appointment portal.\n\nEnsure company policies, procedures and SOPs are consistently followed.\n\nHandle customer queries and escalations professionally and timeously.\n\nManage promotional material, marketing material and special dispatch requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate records, reports and administrative controls.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nPrevious supervisory or management experience, preferably within a sales or wholesale environment.\n\nStrong sales and customer service experience.\n\nProven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.\n\nGood administrative, organisational and planning skills.\n\nStrong computer skills and experience working with business systems.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nStrong sense of accountability, discipline and professionalism.\n\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE\nWe are looking for
