We are a team of problem solvers building a technology-first company with a strong product mindset.\nIf you enjoy solving real customer problems, working across systems, and owning outcomes end-to-end - we want to talk to you.\nRole Description\nWe are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead customer onboarding, deployments, and production support for the CashFlo platform.\nThis role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product, and requires strong technical depth combined with excellent communication skills. You will work directly with enterprise customers to ensure fast, reliable deployments and long-term technical success.\nThis is not a traditional support role- it’s a high-ownership, hands-on techno-support and deployment engineering role.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Deployment & Onboarding\nOwn end-to-end deploymentof the CashFlo platform for enterprise customers\n\nConfigure integrations, workflows, and environment-specific setups\n\nDrive fast go-liveand post-deployment stabilization\n\nCustomer Interaction & Requirement Gathering\nAct as the primary technical point of contactfor customers\n\nUnderstand customer business flows, data needs, and system constraints\n\nTranslate requirements into clear technical inputs for Product and Engineering teams\n\nProduction Support (L1 & L2)\nHandle L1/L2 production supportfor customer-reported issues\n\nDebug data, integration, performance, and infrastructure issues\n\nAct as a technical escalation point during critical incidents\n\nData & ETL Support\nUnderstand and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data workflows\n\nSupport ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of data\n\nWork with APIs, databases, and file-based integrations\n\nProduct Feedback & Documentation\nShare real-world customer feedback, gaps, and edge cases with Product teams\n\nCreate deployment guides, runbooks, and internal documentation\n\nQualifications\n4-8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles\n\nStrong understanding of ETL pipelines and data workflows\n\nExperience working with AWS, GCP, or Azurecloud environments\n\nKnowledge of cloud networking fundamentals\n\nKnowledge of Java -
