Globally, companies in this space, like Coupa, Bill.com, Melio, C2FO, Tipalti, have witnessed tremendous success over the past decade doing $ Billion+ disbursements weekly and cumulatively valued over $50 Billion.\nYou will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India) and General Catalyst ($15 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.). We share our lineage with HCS, a 25 year old investment bank and a registered NBFC. Employee Lifecycle Management:\n\no Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.\n\no Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.\n\no Handle promotions, transfers, and terminations.\n\n2. Payroll and Benefits Administration:\n\no Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.\n\no Administer employee benefits programs and respond to queries.\n\no Collaborate with finance and accounting for payroll reconciliations.\n\n3. HR Policies and Compliance:\n\no Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.\n\no Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.\n\no Maintain compliance with employee health and safety regulations.\n\n4. HR Systems and Reporting:\n\no Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools.\n\no Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and\n\nperformance.\n\no Identify areas for process improvement using data insights.\n\n5. Employee Engagement and Support:\n\no Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.\n\no Support employee engagement initiatives and address concerns.\n\no Organize and manage employee welfare activities.\n\n6. Performance Management Support:\n\no Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management\n\nsystems.\n\no Support in training and development initiatives.\n\n7.
