If you check these boxes - we want to talk to you!\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Manager to lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives across SAP and non-SAP systems. The role requires strong expertise in SAP integration architecture, middleware platforms, APIs, and business process automation.\nYou will work closely with business teams, ERP consultants, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to design scalable integrations that support finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and customer workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP Integration & Architecture\nDesign, develop, and manage integrations between SAP and external/internal applications.\n\nLead end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.\n\nBuild scalable API and middleware solutions for enterprise systems.\n\nEnsure secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange across platforms.\n\nMiddleware & API Management\nWork on integration platforms such as:\nSAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite\n\nSAP PI/PO\n\nMuleSoft\n\nDell Boomi\n\nREST/SOAP APIs\n\nDefine API standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate with SAP functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) for seamless integration delivery.\n\nManage external vendors and implementation partners when required.\n\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nDrive multiple integration projects simultaneously.\n\nPrepare technical solution documents and integration roadmaps.\n\nEnsure timely delivery with adherence to quality and compliance standards.\n\nProvide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nSupport & Optimization\nTroubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.\nMonitor interfaces and proactively improve system stability.\n\nOptimize integration architecture for scalability and maintainability.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of SAP integration architecture.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP PI/PO.\n\nExperience integrating SAP with:\nCRM systems\n\nBanking/payment platforms\n\nProcurement tools\n\nHRMS systems\n\nSaaS applications\n\nGood understanding of:\nREST APIs\n\nSOAP services\n\nIDoc\n\nRFC\n\nXML/JSON\n\nKnowledge of cloud integrations and event-driven architecture.\n\nBasic working knowledge of Tally and accounting workflows.\n\nGood understanding of private and public ERP systems, with the ability to integrate across diverse enterprise applications.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or Treasury.\n\nExposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of security protocols and compliance standards.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOwnership mindset with strong execution capability.\n\nAbility to simplify complex enterprise workflows.\n\nStrong business understanding alongside technical expertise.\n\nPassion for building scalable and future-ready integration ecosystems.\n\nJoining CashFlo - Why it’s a great choice:\nUniquely Positioned for Success:CashFlo sits at the unique intersection of Payments, Lending, and SaaS - three of the fastest-growing and most lucrative spaces globally and in India.
