If you check these boxes - we want to talk to you!\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of CashFlo AI Accountant’s integration with Client SAP systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in the SAP Material Management (MM) module, SAP FICO module, solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time, on scope, and on budget.\nYou will work closely with enterprise client stakeholders, SAP functional and technical consultants, internal product and engineering teams, and implementation partners to plan, execute, and govern SAP projects that directly impact procurement, finance, and supply-chain workflows for some of India’s largest corporates.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects, from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare.\nBuild and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent SAP engagements.\nDrive projects for large enterprise clients (Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover), ensuring delivery is aligned to their scale, complexity, and compliance needs.\nProactively identify project risks and issues, and drive them to closure with clear mitigation plans.\nTrack and report project status, milestones, and RAID logs to leadership and client stakeholders.\nSolution Ownership\nAct as the primary point of ownership requirement gathering, configuration walkthroughs, and business process alignment.\nPartner with other functional consultants to translate client workflows into solution design.\nEnsure required integrations are correctly scoped, tested, and delivered.\nSAP S/4HANA & Enterprise Systems\nBring working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodology to guide project decisions.\nCoordinate with SAP functional consultants across modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.) for seamless, integrated delivery.\nSupport internal SAP landscape decisions - upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing optimization.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders and their SAP/IT teams through the project lifecycle.\nManage external SAP implementation partners, System Integrators (SIs), and vendors where required.\nFacilitate steering committee updates and executive-level status reviews.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience\n5-10 years of overall experience, with a significant portion in SAP project management or SAP MM functional delivery.\nProven track record of delivering SAP projects end-to-end for large enterprises (Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover).\nHands-on experience with the SAP Material Management (MM) module - Purchase Orders, GRNs, Invoice posting, Debit note posting\nWorking knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - architecture, implementation approach, and functional capabilities.\nStrong project management fundamentals - planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nSkills & Attributes\nAbility to bridge business requirements and technical SAP solutions with clarity.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and internal leadership.\nStructured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nOwnership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.\nPreferred / Nice to Have\nChartered Accountant (CA) background, bringing strong financial and process acumen to SAP finance and procurement workflows.\nExposure to fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments.\nFamiliarity with additional SAP modules such as FICO, SD, Ariba, or Treasury.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOwnership mindset with strong execution capability.\nAbility to simplify complex enterprise workflows and manage them to closure.\nStrong business understanding alongside SAP domain expertise.\nPassion for building scalable, high-quality delivery processes for enterprise clients.\nJoining CashFlo - Why it’s a great choice:\nUniquely Positioned for Success: CashFlo sits at the unique intersection of Payments, Lending, and SaaS - three of the fastest-growing and most lucrative spaces globally and in India.
