experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or System Administration.\n\nHands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies.\n\nWorking knowledge of endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud.\n\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).\n\nExperience with Active Directory (AD) administration, ITSM processes, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.\n\nCertifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.\n\nNice-to-Have:\nExposure to automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).\n\nExperience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).\n\nKnowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking, or SASE
