the product backlog and prioritization process.\n\nWrite clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.\n\nWork closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nLead product planning, refinement, reviews, and release processes.\n\nEnsure features are delivered with the intended customer and business outcomes.\n\nManage dependencies and communicate priorities clearly across teams.\n\nMake timely product decisions and remove ambiguity for the delivery team.\n\nData & PerformanceUse product analytics and business data to make informed decisions.\n\nDefine and track product KPIs.\n\nAnalyze conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.\n\nRun and evaluate experiments and A/B tests where appropriate.\n\nMeasure the impact of product releases after launch.\n\nEstablish a culture of continuous product improvement.\n\nCross-functional LeadershipWork closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and senior management.\n\nAlign different stakeholders around product priorities.\n\nCommunicate roadmap, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.\n\nRepresent the customer and product perspective in business discussions.\n\nHelp create a strong product culture across the organization.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning digital products end-to-end.\n\nExperience working on consumer-facing web or mobile products.\n\nStrong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and delivery.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to use data to identify problems and make product decisions.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with engineering and technical teams.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\n\nStrong ownership mentality — you don't wait for someone else to define the problem or solution.\n\nAbility to balance customer experience, business objectives, and technical
