About the Role

ANZ is Cast AI's next move in APAC, and this is the seat that builds it from zero. You'll be the first hire in the region, with the mandate to build ANZ from the ground up: land the first flagship enterprise logos, define how Cast AI goes to market locally, and set the pace for everyone who joins after you.

This is a role that grows as fast as you do. Land the number, build the playbook, and you're on a defined track to lead the region itself, hiring and running the team you build. You'll work directly with APAC leadership from day one, with real influence over strategy, hiring, and expansion.

What'll You Own?

• Own the ANZ territory end-to-end: pipeline generation, opportunity assessment, value discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and close
• Land and expand enterprise accounts across cloud-native, digital-first, and enterprise segments
• Build the ANZ playbook: messaging, partnerships, and a repeatable GTM motion
• Partner closely with Solution Engineers to run technical evaluations and POCs that prove value fast
• Be the voice of the ANZ market internally, feeding insights back into product and strategy
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the ANZ team as the region scales, with a defined path to Regional Leader

What'll You Need?

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in Cloud Infrastructure, FinOps/Cloud Cost, Cloud Security, or DevOps tooling
• A demonstrated track record landing new enterprise logos in ANZ specifically, with real knowledge of the market, the buyers, and how deals get done here
• A demonstrated track record running MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) with discipline
• An outbound-first mindset, building your own pipeline rather than waiting on leads
• Entrepreneurial DNA: comfortable being first on the ground, operating with autonomy, and building from zero
• Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer value
• Leadership ambition: you want to build and run a region, not just carry a bag
