We are a production’s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew\nOverview\nThe Residuals Processing Coordinator is responsible for sorting, shipping, and supporting the processing of residual checks to various guild(s).\nCore Responsibilities\nTimely sorting of residuals checks, invoices, and packaging to the appropriate guild(s) \nMaintain tracking log for all outgoing checks and incoming delivery slips. \nAssist with residual adjustments and data entry of residual setups \nAnswering talent calls and emails, processing stop reissues, pay histories, beneficiaries, and researching payments \nPrinting of residual invoices and matching to residual checks. \nLog and package checks to send with driver for guild delivery. \nLog and scan all incoming delivery slips for guild verification. \nOther duties as assigned. \nKey Qualifications\nTech-savvy - must be skilled at learning and adapting to new systems and software applications (e.g. must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, and Outlook, with excellent Excel skills). \nMust be able to communicate effectively - including active listening, written and oral comprehension - with all levels of staff, management, and clients as needed. \nMust be able to handle a high volume of work with high accuracy. \nMust be able to work under pressure and multi-task effectively to meet firm deadlines. \nHighly detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and/or handle confidential information. \nHighly organized - documentation, filing, logging, and maintaining a clean work area. \nGreat with numbers - comprehensive mathematical knowledge and abilities required. \nEager and willing to learn new job functions. \nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in client-facing or customer service a plus. \nPrevious entertainment residuals, royalties, payroll or accounting experience a major plus. \nSpecial Work Conditions\nSedentary - Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
