This role is responsible for delivering trusted business intelligence, operational reporting, executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and advanced analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the company.\nThe Senior Manager will lead teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers while partnering closely with Product Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.\nSuccess in this role requires balancing technical excellence with business partnership-ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for stakeholders throughout the organization.\nResponsibilities\nLead and develop teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence developers\n\nDefine and execute the enterprise analytics strategy\n\nPartner with business leaders to identify reporting and analytics priorities\n\nDeliver executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions\n\nEstablish enterprise reporting standards, KPIs, and business metrics\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical platforms\n\nBuild scalable semantic models and curated datasets for business users\n\nDrive adoption of self-service BI capabilities\n\nPartner with Data Engineering to define enterprise data models and trusted data sources\n\nTranslate complex business questions into measurable analytical solutions\n\nLead prioritization, planning, and execution of analytics initiatives\n\nMentor analytical talent and foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and business partnership\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.\n\n10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data platforms\n\n5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams\n\nStrong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts\n\nAdvanced SQL expertise\n\nExperience with enterprise BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar\n\nExperience building executive dashboards and operational reporting\n\nStrong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance measurement\n\nExperience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift\n\nExperience partnering with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations\n\nExcellent communication and executive presentation skills\n\nStrong project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management experience\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python or R for advanced analytics\n\nExperience with statistical analysis and forecasting\n\nExperience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives\n\nExperience with semantic modeling platforms\n\nExperience with experimentation and A/B testing\n\nExperience using AI-assisted analytics tools\n\nExperience within media, payroll, financial systems, or enterprise SaaS\n\nWhat You Will Build\nExecutive dashboards and enterprise KPI scorecards\n\nTrusted semantic data models for self-service analytics\n\nBusiness intelligence solutions supporting strategic decision making\n\nOperational reporting across enterprise business functions\n\nAnalytics governance and enterprise metric standards\n\nData products that empower business teams to make faster, more informed decisions\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTrusted analytics used consistently across the organization\n\nExecutive dashboards providing real-time visibility into business performance\n\nIncreased adoption of self-service analytics\n\nClearly defined enterprise KPIs with consistent business definitions\n\nStrong partnerships between Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Business teams\n\nA high-performing analytics organization that delivers measurable business value\n\nSpecial Work Conditions\nSedentary - Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
