This hands-on role involves performing a wide range of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep across systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform routine maintenance tasks and non-technical repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.\nConduct general upkeep of the facility including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/floor tiles, and carpeting.\nInspect and maintain interior and exterior areas of the site such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.\nSupport janitorial and hospitality teams with tasks such as furniture moves, event setup/teardown, and waste removal.\nAssist in managing site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned.\nSafely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when necessary.\nOpen, track, and resolve electronic work tickets through the internal work order system.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.\nMust be able to pass background checks as required by job site regulations\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, climbing ladders, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching.\nComfortable working at elevated heights (up to 300 feet) and using ladders or aerial lifts.\nCastelion offers a generous benefits package.
