Training Coordinator The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, administering, and tracking employee training programs that support Castelion's manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and operational teams. This role manages training logistics, instructor schedules, Learning Management System (LMS) assignments, and training records to ensure employees have timely access to required training and development opportunities.
