Please note, the hours we are hiring for are: early morning, evenings and weekends\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide personal training services including fitness programs, exercise techniques, cardiovascular and strength training. \nDesign tailored programs to help clients build muscle, enhance strength, and improve athletic performance.\nMeet with clients to assess their fitness goals, medical history, and current performance level. Use this information to create personalized, progressive training plans.\nTeach clients proper lifting form, equipment use, and advanced techniques to ensure they hit their strength and physique goals safely and effectively.\nProactively engage in marketing yourself and rebooking clients, helping grow your clientele through word-of-mouth and personal promotion.\nMaintain professionalism, respect client confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and encouraging gym culture.\nRequired Experience\nNCCA-accredited Personal Training certification (such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM)\n5+ years of experience as a personal trainer \nExtensive knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, biomechanics, and safe training practices\nStrong customer service, communication, and client management skills\nCollaborative and cooperative team player, with a willingness to work alongside other trainers and departments\nIf you’re passionate about strength training, helping others achieve their
