You’ll also evolve our design system, improve collaboration with Engineering, mentor designers and use AI tools to help the team work smarter.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead the design of customer experiences across web and mobile, from early exploration through to launch and iteration.\nShape key moments across discovery, product pages, cart, checkout and post-purchase.\nDesign internal tools that make life easier for our Operations, Customer Experience, Retail and Fulfilment teams.\nTurn broad or ambiguous problems into clear design opportunities, practical priorities and experiences that can ship.\nUse customer insight, product data and experimentation to inform your decisions - without letting the numbers replace good design judgement.\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Supply Chain to balance customer needs, commercial goals and technical realities.\nEvolve our design system so it is coherent, useful and genuinely adopted, rather than becoming a library that nobody uses.\nStay close to the details: flows, prototypes, typography, interaction, responsive behavior, accessibility and the final build.\nLead critiques and design reviews that make the work better without making the room defensive.\nMentor designers through the work, giving them context, honest feedback and the space to develop their own judgement.\nHelp set a clear design direction while creating an environment where strong ideas can come from anyone.\nExplore how AI-assisted tools can improve research, prototyping and delivery, while knowing when human judgement matters more.\nWhat you need to succeed:\n5-10 years of experience in product, UX or UI design, with a proven track record of delivering digital products across web and mobile.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, individual contribution and the impact of your work.\nStrong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, imagery, motion and responsive design.\nExperience designing products that support business and user outcomes, such as conversion, revenue, efficiency or error reduction.\nExperience with user research, experimentation and A/B testing.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma and experience building or managing design systems.\nExperience mentoring designers, providing constructive feedback and leading design reviews.\nStrong commercial judgement and the ability to balance design quality, business priorities and delivery timelines.\nWorking knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.\nBuilt for Real Life, Designed for What’s Next\nAt Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life -
