Success in this role means our UK deliveries run to plan, exceptions are caught and resolved before they reach the customer, and every stakeholder involved knows exactly where things stand.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCoordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and successful customer deliveries.\nWork closely with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or customer issues.\nMonitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders when required.\nHandle operational support tasks using systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools.\nSupport customers through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems with clear and professional communication.\nAssist with operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.\nSupport team projects and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.\nLocation: Hab GRID, Sunway Iskandar, Iskandar Puteri, Johor\nWork arrangement:\nCandidates based in Johor Bahru: fully onsite at our Sunway Iskandar office\nCandidates based elsewhere in Malaysia: fully remote\nWorking hours:\nThis role supports the UK market and follows the below schedule:\n1pm - 10pm MYT (Non-Daylight Savings)\n2pm - 11pm MYT (Daylight Savings)\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or related work environments.\nComfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.\nCustomer-focused mindset with good communication skills.\nComfortable using systems and operational tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms.\nDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.\nDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is preferred\nBuilt for Real Life, Designed for What’s Next\nAt Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life -
