The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with operational curiosity and has experience supporting decision-making through data analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, and business performance management.\nYou will play a critical role in connecting financial results to operational performance, helping leaders understand not only what happened, but why it happened and what actions should be taken to improve outcomes.\nThis role offers broad exposure across financial planning & analysis, operational analytics, manufacturing performance, project profitability, cost management, and corporate reporting.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBusiness Partnering & Financial Planning\nAct as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Leadership teams.\n\nProvide business leaders with meaningful financial and operational insights that support data-driven decision-making.\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.\n\nTranslate operational activities and KPIs into financial impact and performance drivers.\n\nBuild financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic and operational decisions.\n\nDevelop business cases for investments, capital expenditures, productivity initiatives, and commercial opportunities.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.\n\nSupport monthly business reviews and performance discussions.\n\nOperational Analytics & Performance Management\nAnalyze operational performance using financial and non-financial KPIs, including:\nProductivity and labor utilization\n\nCapacity utilization\n\nEquipment downtime and efficiency\n\nManufacturing throughput\n\nInventory performance\n\nOn-time delivery\n\nProject and service profitability\n\nWorking capital metrics\n\nIdentify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the business.\n\nCreate and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reporting tools.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, productivity, and operational effectiveness.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance measurement.\n\nChallenge assumptions and provide objective recommendations backed by fact-based analysis.\n\nImprove data quality, reporting capabilities, and analytics processes to increase business visibility and decision speed.\n\nFinancial Analysis & Corporate Finance\nAnalyze P&L performance and provide insight into revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability drivers.\n\nEvaluate product, customer, project, and service-line profitability.\n\nSupport pricing analysis and margin improvement initiatives.\n\nPrepare monthly financial performance reviews and executive presentations.\n\nDevelop rolling forecasts and financial projections.\n\nMonitor cash flow and working capital performance.\n\nSupport corporate reporting requirements and strategic initiatives.\n\nParticipate in global finance transformation projects and process improvement efforts.\n\nSystems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nSupport ongoing ERP (Infor LN) and reporting system enhancements.\n\nStandardize and automate reporting wherever possible.\n\nImprove reporting processes, controls, and data governance.\n\nPartner with regional and global finance teams to drive consistency and best practices.\n\nSupport audit and compliance activities while maintaining practical and efficient controls.\n\nFinancial Accounting & Cost Management\nSupport month-end close activities, including selected journal entries and account analysis.\n\nCollaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.\n\nPerform cost accounting analysis and monitor manufacturing cost performance.\n\nAnalyze production costs, efficiency trends, labor variances, and cost-saving opportunities.\n\nSupport inventory valuation and manufacturing performance reporting.\n\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.\n· 5-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance, business analytics, corporate finance, manufacturing finance, or business consulting.\n· Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, project-based, service, or B2B environments.\n· Demonstrated ability to connect operational performance metrics with financial results.\n· Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.\n· Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn large volumes of data into actionable insights.\n· Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting tools.\n· Strong business acumen and natural curiosity for understanding how operations drive financial performance.\n· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.\n· Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and business intelligence/reporting systems.\n· Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment.\n· Experience with Power BI, OneStream, SQL, or advanced analytics tools is highly desirable.\n· Experience in management consulting, advisory
