This role focuses on leveraging Castolin Eutectic’s advanced technology and service offerings to develop and expand the market for wear-resistant products and solutions, within strategic accounts\nWhat You'll Do:\nMarket Development: Drive the growth of Castolin Eutectic’s wear services, including CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad and other complementary products, by targeting key strategic accounts in the MINING, POWER GENERATION, PAPER & PULP, CEMENT AND/OR STEEL INDUSTRIES.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with the Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support\n\nCustomer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including but not\nlimited to end users in mining, cement, steel, power generation, paper & pulp and OEMs, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.\n\nBusiness Development: Identify prospects and existing customers needs that fit the company’s services capabilities. Develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.\n\nMaintain an Opportunity Pipeline: Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM.\n\nTechnical Support: Provide technical, design, and product support to customers, addressing wear-related queries and assisting with proposals and quotations.\n\nCross-Regional Collaboration: Maintain contact and cooperation with other regions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in technical and commercial approaches.\n\nPerformance Accountability: Ensure the achievement of sales volumes, revenue targets, and enhanced gross profit margins for the Wear Services business.\n\nAdministration\nSupport the development of the organization's vision, mission, and objectives to generate revenue revue and profitability.\n\nResponsible to identify and effectively communicate and support the resolution of critical business issues.\n\nRepresent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and training workshops.\n\nKeep key documentation updated on CRM and deliver expense reports on a weekly basis.\n\nJob requirements\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5+ years of relevant wear solutions experience as a maintenance manager, plant manager, millwright, sales professional or similar role in one or more of the following industries: mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations.\n\nSolid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions\n\nMust be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts.\n\nSolid understanding of surface protection and wear solutions\n\nBasic understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry\n\nConsultative communication skills\n\nMechanical aptitude\n\nKnowledge of basic print reading skills\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\n\nSelf-motivated and self-directed individual.\n\nNice to have: Basic understanding of welding, maintenance and repair technologies.\n\nWhat Makes This Opportunity Different?\nThe freedom to build.
