The Manager supports Performance Units (PUs) globally and works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Technology, and business leadership teams to deliver sustainable value and transformation outcomes.\nKey tasks\nLead or support Competitiveness & Transformation projects within assigned Performance Units to improve business performance and supply chain competitiveness. \nSupport the execution of Product Cost Competitiveness (PCC), Operational Cost Competitiveness (OCC), Industrialization, Digitalization, and Automation initiatives. \nIdentify, assess, and develop a continuous pipeline of transformation and value creation opportunities. \nDrive project execution, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, milestones, budgets, and value targets. \nApply project management best practices to manage risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and governance requirements. \nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment and maximize project success across the organization. \nCollaborate with regional and global C&T teams to ensure effective project handover, knowledge sharing, and continuity throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project performance, track value delivery, and provide regular reporting to leadership and governance forums.\nExperience required\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.\n13+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, or Continuous Improvement environments.\nProven experience delivering cross-functional projects with measurable business or operational impact.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in agile working environments and applying agile methodologies. \nDemonstrated ability to identify and implement cost optimization, process improvement, or transformation opportunities.\nExperience working with multiple business functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology, and Commercial teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action.\nExcellent communication, influencing, and change management skills in a complex, matrixed organization.\nPrivacy\nThe Castrol entity recruiting for this role is the data controller for the personal information you provide.
