The team works closely with Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other site functions to deliver the production plan, strengthen manufacturing capability and continuously improve site performance.\nKey tasks\nLead Blending and Packaging operations across a complex, multi-line manufacturing environment, delivering performance across safety, quality, service and cost.\nTranslate production plans into disciplined daily and weekly execution, proactively identifying constraints and establishing recovery plans when performance deviates from plan.\nDrive manufacturing performance through effective daily management, structured problem solving and continuous improvement, with focus on OEE, throughput, downtime, changeovers, labor productivity, waste and material losses.\nProvide visible leadership for HSSE and Quality, ensuring compliance with operating procedures, work instructions, Management of Change (MOC), Control of Work and applicable regulatory requirements.\nBuild a capable and accountable Operations organization by coaching and developing frontline leaders and enabling teams to identify abnormalities, solve problems and sustain improvements.\nPartner with Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and strengthen Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance execution.\nCollaborate across Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Logistics to resolve constraints, optimize capacity and manufacturing flexibility, and deliver the production plan.\nManage operating resources and controllable costs while building a culture of continuous improvement, strong operating discipline and 5S.\nExperience required\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.\n10+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, including significant direct responsibility for manufacturing operations and frontline teams.\nExperience leading a sizable, multi-shift manufacturing operation with multiple production or packaging lines.\nDemonstrated accountability for production execution, safety, quality, service and cost within a manufacturing environment.\nProven ability to improve manufacturing performance through disciplined execution, performance management and structured problem solving.\nDemonstrated experience developing supervisors, frontline leaders and operating teams.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing performance, equipment reliability, production flow, labor productivity and cost drivers.\nStrong communication, analytical and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.\nPrivacy\nThe Castrol entity recruiting for this role is the data controller for the personal information you provide.
