With products sold in more than 150 countries, Castrol has helped keep things moving onroads and racetracks, air, sea, and space for over 125 years. \nWhether you're just starting out or ready for your next big move, you're in the right place to explore an exciting career with Castrol.\nJob description\nKey Tasks\nResponsible for delivering the overall cost competitive program (OCC/PCC/Other value drivers) for GSC in ASPAC PU.\nLead assurance, prioritization, resourcing and financial delivery in GSC and the wider program across ASPAC markets.\nAct as the SPA for engagement with Supply Chain and other global functional disciplines, and between the Central Team and GSC Hubs to ensure program implementation/delivery\nLead the competitiveness and continuous improvement agenda in the ASPAC PU to build an energized, diverse, capable workforce at the markets to deliver the savings as committed by GSC to the PU\nDevelop competitiveness road map/Pipeline for the markets, establish working groups, change agents to embed cost-competitiveness into the individual KPIs, mindset and culture\nResponsible for developing a strong pipeline of projects utilizing the LA/LE principles enabling sustainable and continuous reduction in operating cost of the supply chain\nResponsible to develop and implement frameworks for delivery of global supply chain programs like OCC, LA/LE, Loss workshops and drive tools that capture transformation benefits\nEnsure robust project portfolio prioritization, planning, and PMO rigor is applied\nDrive sustainability agenda in the supply chain as an SPA integrated with Castrol sustainability strategy\nDevelop and implement communication frameworks across GSC\nDevelop and deploy the GSC Ways of working and operating framework\nDeploy the framework for GSC strategy implementation and the steering process including recommendation of exceptions\nEmbed HSE and Wellbeing in all cost and CI activities across ASPAC markets\nExperience Required\nGraduate or equivalent with substantial experience in the lubricants, CPG or chemical industry, with the functional and leadership skills and capability needed to manage a large global supply chain transformation.\nThis is a leadership role leading and influencing multiple stake holders.\nExperienced end-to-end Supply Chain Leader with a proven track record of leading people and transformational change.\nProven experience across commercial and strategy/transformation.\nStrong analytical, transformation and integration skills with a strong project management background.\nStrong impact, interpersonal and communication skills with proven capability and/or potential to make a significant contribution to the wider GSC agenda.\nAbility to coach, challenge, and influence effectively interfacing with staff from all disciplines and senior stakeholders.
