The role works closely with Business Intelligence Analyst Lead, Senior Business Analysts, Data Engineers and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and user-friendly reports. The BI Analyst translates defined business requirements into dashboards, reports and analyses.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting solutions primarily using Tableau.\n\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, reporting views, calculations, and supporting reporting logic.\n\nValidate reporting accuracy and ensure KPI logic is implemented correctly.\n\nApply dimensional modelling and reporting best practices in analytics solutions.\n\nEnsure dashboards and reports are visually clear, user-friendly, and aligned with the best reporting practices.\n\nSupport the maintenance and enhancement of existing reporting solutions.\n\nPerform ad-hoc analyses to support operational and tactical business decision-making.\n\nInvestigate data discrepancies, incidents, and reporting issues.\n\nAnalyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.\n\nCollaborate with Business Analyst Lead and Senior Business Analysts to deliver reporting and analytics solutions based on defined business requirements.\n\nCommunicate with stakeholders regarding reporting functionality, enhancements, and issue resolution.\n\nProvide support and guidance to end-users on reporting usage and available data sources.\n\nMaintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and reporting logic.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate and improve recurring reporting processes.\n\nRequirements:\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.\n\nGood knowledge of the iGaming industry including key operational business processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\n\nStrong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and reporting logic development.\n\nExperience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau.\n\nGood understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with ETL concepts and reporting-oriented data structures.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to interpret data and provide actionable insights.\n\nGood understanding of business KPIs and reporting requirements.\n\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience working in SCRUM or agile environments is considered a plus.\n\nThink we're a good match?
