This is an in-office position. The hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.\nWhat you will do:\nAnswer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers. \nProcess account maintenance and financial transactions.\nAssist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.\nUnderstand and explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customer(s).\nResearch and respond to financial inquiries for customers, managers, and client Success Team members.\nPeriodically have input into process improvements and/or new projects to improve overall quality and processing efficiency.\nProvide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA).\nOther Duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nWhat you will need to succeed:\nA minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the financial services (banking and/or money management) industry, with emphasis on investment / financial account maintenance and customer service activities. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills. \nAttention to detail.\nAnalytical skills.\nCustomer service orientation. \nProficiency with excel and word.\nA professional attitude is required. \nA high school diploma or equivalent is required. \nAn associate's degree is preferred.\nEEO Statement\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
