It ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.\nBy maintaining reliable financial data, it helps families plan confidently for future education.\nThis role is based in our Tallahassee, FL office.\nWhat You Will Do\nFinancial Operations & Reconciliation: Manage check/ACH distributions, prepare and review reconciliations, and continuously improve reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.\nProcess Improvement & Risk Management: Evaluate workflows, procedures, and controls to streamline operations, eliminate redundancies, and recommend enhancements that minimize financial risk.\nReporting & Analysis: Maintain and produce ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
