Our new office includes an innovative vibe, stand-up desks for all staff, foosball games, an active workplace enrichment committee, fitness challenges, an office dog, lounge areas, and more!\nThe opportunity\nThis role owns and delivers software implementation projects for municipal clients, managing time, quality, budget, and stakeholder communication while promoting project management best practices.\nThis is an onsite position working out of our Edmonton office Monday through Friday.\nWhat you Will Do\nOwn, deliver, coordinate and execute all software project implementations across our product lines \nAccountable on the time, quality, budget and delivery of these projects \nCoordinate and facilitate project implementations \nCollaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for project delivery \nLeverage tools, resources, SOP’s, and project plans to complete work, as well as removing roadblocks \nReports on project status to all key stakeholders \nMonitor daily project tasks and communication, including plan meetings and navigate project logistics \nAssist in document writing for Standard Operating Procedures and training as related to projects \nCollaborate internally for Out of Scope/Scope creep and issue resolutions for customers \nPromote Project Management Best Practices in Catalis Implementations \nAssist in developing and improving project management performance metric \nRequirements\nWhat you Will Need to Succeed\nBasic knowledge of project management (PMP certification considered an asset) \nPrevious exposure to various Municipal Software Systems (Like Content Management Systems, ERP, Request Management or similar Software) Implementation experience considered an Asset but not required \nAbility to manage number of ongoing projects to completion \nA College or University degree/diploma \nFamiliarity with project management software (SmartSheet, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.) \nAbility and aptitude to learn, from a high level, technical components of our municipal software \nStrong communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to coordinate numerous projects is an asset \nComfortable customer facing and experience or ability to navigate customer needs \nAbility and experience balancing multiple priorities and projects at one time \nStrong ability to work well independently and as a team \nRural municipal knowledge an asset, or willingness to learn about rural municipalities \nCatalis is committed to building and promoting a diverse workforce and celebrates the unique qualities that individuals of various backgrounds and experiences offer.
