You will provide training and implementation direction for new and existing customers, while working closely with the team to identify and understand the business workflow and technical requirements. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all required implementation/migration activities are completed according to contractual and/or internal guidelines. Candidates must have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, while maintaining excellent customer service. The Implementation team currently manages implementations for a variety of different product lines within the organization.\nThis role may require occasional travel to our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a client facing role in Professional Services department.
