In this role, your primary focus will be understanding business rules and product requirements in order to configure software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with a variety of resources, including Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Sales team members in order to achieve key deliverables and project milestones. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring our clients receive a high-quality software solution.\nThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm MDT (or other time zone as mutually agreed.)\nWhat you will do\nLearn, configure, install, and support software systems and all necessary components.\nAssist with application configuration, system integrations, and API connectivity between Catalis solutions and third-party systems.\nCollaborate with internal team members and clients to gather both business and technical requirements required to deliver software solutions that align with contractual requirements.\nAnalyze technical issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and support issue resolution during implementations.\nContribute to data migration, validation, and testing activities utilizing SQL queries and database tools where needed.\nCreate product, technical, and project documentation, including configuration specifications and implementation guides.\nContribute to the development of project plan milestones for each client, detailing implementation, integration, and testing activities.\nCommunicate with aligned Catalis Project Manager(s), Business Analysts, and Development teams throughout the implementation process to collaborate on solution design and issue resolution.\nSupport configuration and deployment of solutions built on Microsoft .NET technologies.\nContribute value through high-quality solution implementation to create referenceable clients coming out of the implementation process.\nRequirements\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\n0-2 years of relevant work experience.\nStrong technical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot intermediate to complex software and integration issues.\nFoundational understanding of software development concepts, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.\nExposure to C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON/XML, or related development technologies.\nBasic understanding of relational databases and SQL querying.\nAbility to analyze system requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nStrong documentation skills.\nEffective communication skills, both written and oral.\nThe ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a broader team.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.\nAdditional Skills Preferred, but Not Required\nSQL Server experience and knowledge.\nExposure to C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, or related Microsoft development technologies.\nExperience working with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.\nFamiliarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar development tools.\nBasic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.\nExperience with business analysis for system implementations, configuration, and application development.\nExperience with Microsoft Visio.\nExperience with Jira and Smartsheet.\nExperience in state/county court systems or court case management systems.\nFamiliarity with coding principles and software debugging techniques.\nCatalis is committed to building and promoting a diverse workforce and celebrates the unique qualities that individuals of various backgrounds and experiences offer.
