You will have exposure and visibility from key HR leaders at JCPenney. This role will report to the Sr. HR Manager and assist with the development and implementation of key strategies related to organizational effectiveness.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nResponsibilities\nPartner with HR Leaders on key programs such as Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, HR Analytics/Reports and Associate Engagement.\nProcess associate related changes relative to pay, position, and people management.\nHelp support the HR Leaders with associate relations issues and investigations.\nInterview internal and external candidates and make recommendations on hire selections.\nConduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations on necessary actions if applicable.\nPrepare and facilitate performance calibration meetings, New Leader Onboarding, and Talent Reviews.\nDevelop key HR metrics (turnover, promotions, etc.) and recommend actions based on trends.\nAnalyze associate compensation to prepare internal and external offers.\nDrive process improvement by leading departmental and cross-departmental meetings.\nCreate presentations, build and manage budget spreadsheets, and assist with organizational charts.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.\n3-5 years' experience in Human Resources as a coordinator, or specialist.\nStrong HR acumen and communication skills.\nCreative problem-solving skills and ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.\nSelf-starter and ability to act independently on a variety of complex and challenging situations.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.\nWhat You GetEnjoy a rewarding career at Catalyst, where we offer a competitive benefits package, a vibrant work environment, and the opportunity to make a difference with America's most iconic brands.\nGenerous benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance starting on day one, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) Savings Plan with company match, and an associate discount across all Catalyst Brands.\nOpportunities for growth and development: We are committed to helping our employees grow their careers and develop their skills.
