actionable insights that improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.\nResponsibilities\nTalent Strategy & Talent Management\nLead the design and execution of stores organization talent management initiatives aligned to business objectives.\nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify critical talent risks, capability gaps, and succession opportunities.\nDrive talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strategies.\nSupport development of high-potential talent programs and talent acceleration initiatives.\nEvaluate organizational talent health and recommend strategies to improve bench strength and leadership readiness.\nTalent Reviews & Succession Planning\nSupport talent review processes across assigned business units.\nDevelop data-driven talent insights to support discussions regarding performance, potential, readiness, retention risk, and succession planning.\nPrepare executive talent review materials and presentations for senior leadership teams.\nMonitor succession health metrics and leadership pipeline effectiveness.\nWorkforce Analytics & People Insights\nDevelop and deliver workforce analytics that support strategic talent and organizational decisions.\nAnalyze trends related to turnover, retention, engagement, internal mobility, workforce demographics, and talent movement.\nIdentify emerging workforce risks and opportunities through predictive and diagnostic analytics.\nTranslate complex data into executive-level recommendations and actionable business insights.\nServe as a subject matter expert in people analytics and workforce intelligence.\nWorkforce Planning & Capacity Modeling\nDevelop workforce forecasting models to support growth plans, labor optimization, and organizational design initiatives.\nEvaluate organizational structures and workforce effectiveness to ensure alignment with business strategy.\nStrategic Initiatives & Organizational Effectiveness\nSupport organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management efforts through workforce analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve talent processes, reporting capabilities, and decision-making frameworks.\nEstablish key workforce metrics and dashboards that support strategic planning.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness.\nExecutive Reporting & Dashboard Development\nDevelop executive dashboards and scorecards providing visibility into workforce trends and talent outcomes.\nPresent workforce insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive teams.\nCreate automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making capabilities.\nEnsure reporting consistency, data integrity, and governance standards across HR data sources.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.\n7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Effectiveness.\nExperience leading talent review and succession planning processes.\nExperience creating workforce dashboards and executive-level reporting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.\nAbility to influence leaders and drive business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.\nWhat you get:\nIf eligible, we offer a competitive benefits package including
