You will be responsible for recruitment and placement of CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative). Key tasks include sourcing, connecting with talent, assessing performance and culture fit for the company, and facilitating interviews and offers.\nSource for all CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative).\nUtilize tools such as LinkedIn.\nDevelop strategies to attract qualified candidates.\nCoordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough evaluation process connecting performance and culture fit for the company.\nDevelop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.\nUse job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.\nCommunicate effectively and timely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.\nProvide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.\nConduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates\nAbility to manage priorities and workflow.\nVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.\nProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.\nQualification:\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.\n3 to 6 years of experience in CRO recruitment preferred.
