missions\n\nAssurer le support de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs\n\nDiagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés aux postes de travail\n\nIntervenir sur des problématiques Hardware et software\n\nInstaller, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques\n\nIdentifier l'origine de bugs ou dysfonctionnements sous Windows\n\nEscalader les incidents plus complexes lorsque nécessaire\n\nParticiper au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'environnement IT\n\nVotre profil\n\nDiplôme en informatique ou formation équivalente\n\nPremière expérience en support IT appréciée, mais profil junior accepté\n\nBonnes connaissances de l'environnement Windows\n\nConnaissances en Hardware, postes de travail et périphériques\n\nCapacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques\n\nCuriosité, autonomie et bon sens du troubleshooting\n\nBon relationnel et sens du service\n\nLangues : Français,
