You will contribute directly to new seller acquisition, from identifying promising prospects to preparing outreach, proposals and follow-ups.\nThis is not an observation role. You will lead defined business development projects independently, learn how a high-performing sales team operates and see the commercial impact of your work.\nYour contribution will be measured through the quality and growth of the pipeline you build, and the GMV generated by new sellers.\nAbout the Art Sales team\nYou will join a team of 8 international Key Account Managers and Business Developers based across Europe. We together combine a strong commercial mindset with deep knowledge of the art market.\nWe value ownership, transparency and results. We share best practices, challenge assumptions and test new approaches to create impact.
