You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by supporting a variety of internal teams across the company. Your responsibilities will include taking over tasks previously handled by our external reverse logistics vendor, contributing directly to employee lifecycle processes like onboarding and offboarding, and providing essential IT support. This role is ideal for recent graduates, individuals with up to one year of IT support experience, or those looking to pivot into the IT field.\nWhat you’ll do\nOnboarding: Ensure that the new IT equipment for new employees is ready, including the availability of needed accessories such as cables, keyboards, etc., ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.\nOnboarding Logistics: Manage the logistics of hardware, including the preparation, distribution, and tracking of employee IT assets such as MacBooks, peripherals, and accessories.\nOnboarding Support: Provide immediate support for any onboarding-related issues, maintain accurate documentation of onboarding processes, and ensure all tickets are resolved properly.\nOffboarding Logistics: Handle offboarding logistics by coordinating the return of company-owned devices and equipment with leaving employees on time and efficiently.\nOffboarding Communication: Communicate clearly with departing employees and managers to ensure an organized offboarding process, and audit to ensure completion of all offboarding tasks.\nAsset & Logistics Management: Take full responsibility for managing IT hardware logistics, including handling repairs, replacements, tracking asset inventory, and managing stock in our offices.\nVendor Management: Work closely with external vendors to manage equipment returns and replacements, identifying and working with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality offers.\neSIM Management: Handle and manage eSIM requests for employees, provisioning profiles and coordinating with telecom service providers as needed.\n Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with employees, managers, IT team members, accessory vendors, MacBook fleet logistics vendors, and shipment providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx).\nWhat you’ll bring\n0-1 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related role.\nA strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nA customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage hardware inventory effectively.\nStrong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude, allowing you to build strong relationships across teams.\nResilience under pressure, with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional European languages are a plus).\nA hands-on mentality, with a willingness to be physically present in the office four days a week to provide in-person support.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with a desire to understand and address the root causes of technical issues.\nA passion for learning, with a commitment to staying updated on IT trends and technologies.\nWhy You'll Love Working with Us\nCreate a visible impact by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
