This role is not about making things “look nice.” It’s about building ad creatives that convert, scale, and keep working.\nYou’ll own creative strategy across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) - turning customer insights, performance data, and trends into winning ad concepts that drive revenue. If you love breaking down why ads work, obsess over hooks and first 3 seconds, and think in testable frameworks, this role is for you.\n What You’ll Do\nCreative Strategy & Ideation\nDevelop ad angles, hooks, and concepts rooted in customer pain points, reviews, UGC, and competitor research\nTranslate product features into clear, compelling value propositions\nBuild and maintain creative frameworks (problem → solution → proof → CTA)\n\nPerformance Analysis\nAnalyze creative performance and identify winning patterns\nDiagnose why ads succeed or fail (not just CTR screenshots)\nMonitor creative fatigue and recommend iterations or refreshes\nCreative Briefing & Direction\nWrite clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators\nDirect visual structure, messaging flow, hooks, CTAs, and platform placement\nEnsure brand alignment while prioritizing conversion\nTesting & Experimentation\nDesign structured creative testing plans (angles, hooks, formats, offers)\nControl variables to isolate learnings\nDocument insights and turn them into repeatable systems\nCollaboration\nWork closely with media buyers, UGC managers, designers, and editors\nAlign creatives with landing pages, offers, and funnel strategy\nSupport scaling decisions with creative insights\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or similar role in e-commerce / DTC\nStrong understanding of direct response marketing\nExperience working with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)\nAbility to think analytically and creatively\nComfortable making decisions based on data, not opinions\nExcellent written communication (briefs matter here)\nBonus Points (Not Required)\nTikTok Shop or UGC-heavy brand experience\nExperience scaling winning creatives past initial tests\nFamiliarity with CRO and landing page optimization\nAbility to source or coach UGC creators\nHow We Measure Success\nSpeed to first winning creative\nCPA and ROAS improvements driven by creative\n% of ad spend allocated to winning creatives\nReduction in creative fatigue\nConsistency of learnings turned into repeatable wins\nWhy Join Us\nCreative strategy is taken seriously here -
