Inventory Management & Replenishment\nMonitor and manage inventory levels across all fulfillment locations.\nForecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, lead times, seasonality, and inbound shipment schedules.\nCreate and maintain replenishment plans to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.\n\n2. SKU Availability & Sales Channel Control\nEnsure out-of-stock SKUs are promptly deactivated across all sales channels to prevent overselling.\nCoordinate with Management, Marketing, and Development teams to manage product activation/deactivation.\nReactivate SKUs immediately upon confirmed stock replenishment.\nValidate system inventory feeds to ensure accurate stock availability is reflected online.\n\n3. Systems Reconciliation & Inventory Accuracy\nReconcile inventory counts across OMS, WMS, ERP, and third-party sales platforms.\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and 3PL warehouses.\nPartner with 3PL providers to validate stock adjustments, damages, returns, and transfer variances.\nMaintain accurate inventory records to support financial reporting and operational planning.\n\n4. Cross-Functional Coordination\nAct as the central point of contact between Executives, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Development teams regarding inventory status.\nCommunicate inventory risks, stockouts, delays, and replenishment timelines to stakeholders.\nSupport marketing campaigns by validating product availability prior to launch.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure proper system integrations and inventory sync functionality.\n\n5. Shipment Tracking & Reporting\nTrack inbound shipments from suppliers and monitor estimated arrival dates.\nReport shipment status updates to internal stakeholders.\nIdentify and escalate potential delays or disruptions.\nMaintain shipment logs and documentation for operational visibility.\n\n6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring\nGenerate regular inventory health reports (stock levels, aging inventory, sell-through rates).\nMonitor KPIs such as stockout rate, inventory accuracy %, backorder rate, and fulfillment performance.\nProvide data-driven insights to improve inventory efficiency and reduce discrepancies.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience\n2-4 years of experience in inventory operations, supply chain coordination, fulfillment, or logistics\nProven experience managing inventory across multiple systems (e.g., OMS, WMS, ERP, ecommerce platforms)\nExperience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and distribution centers\nHands-on experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, inventory modeling, basic forecasting)\nExperience with ERP, OMS, and/or WMS systems\nUnderstanding of inventory forecasting principles and replenishment planning\nFamiliarity with ecommerce inventory flows and SKU lifecycle management\n\nAnalytical & Operational Skills\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast inventory needs\nHigh attention to detail with a track record of maintaining inventory accuracy\nAbility to proactively identify stock risks (stockouts, overselling, excess inventory) and implement solutions\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and shipments simultaneously\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nExperience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and technical teams\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to communicate inventory risks, shipment delays, and discrepancies clearly to stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in ecommerce, DTC, or multi-channel retail environments\nExperience in fast-paced or high-growth companies\nFamiliarity with international shipping and inbound freight
