If you’re curious, eager to learn, and excited about the intersection of business and technology, we’d love to hear from you.\nKey responsibilities:\nAssist product owners and developers in gathering and documenting business requirements.\nSupport the analysis, scoping, and testing of new features and system enhancements.\nHelp troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and tools.\nCollaborate with the IT and development teams to deliver new functionality within the VAT IT ecosystem.\nConduct testing and quality assurance on new features and updates.\nProvide user support and training for newly deployed tools or features.\nContribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.\nConduct data-oriented tasks including querying databases, making data updates, and working with APIs to support business operations and reporting.\nCandidate requirements:\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience & Skills\nHighly analytical mindset, with the ability to assess impact at a system and business level.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nExperience writing SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, or analysis (advantageous).\nComfort working with REST APIs -
