The successful candidate will be a key force in refining operations, embedding best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nIn this context, the successful candidate is a structured and analytical professional with background in Project Management and/or Business Analysis and\nis comfortable working in dynamic environments with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels. They bring proactivity, structure and curiosity, able to see the big picture while diving into details when needed. With a natural drive for problem-solving and optimization, they will take ownership of results, foster collaboration, and consistently seek opportunities to enhance how the business operates and delivers value.\nWe also expect this person to be hands-on with AI tools, using them responsibly to make their way of working easier, and to spot where AI and automation can make the business itself more efficient.\nYOUR CHALLENGE:\nProject Delivery, Business Optimization and Governance\n Effectively manage cross-departmental projects from ideation to completion, ensuring clear scope, solid planning, effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and making emphasis on measurable value realization.\nBe an integral piece on shaping, enforcing and improving the internal processes of the EPMO.\nEnforce and facilitate the adoption of EPMO processes, standards, and guidelines across teams.\nEngage with stakeholders across the organization to understand the current operating model, systems and pain points, and identify areas for improvement.\nLead optimization initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, diagnose processes, recognize bottlenecks to enhance business processes and workflows, improving quality and reducing waste.\nFacilitate workshops with stakeholders and end-users to capture, document and prioritise business requirements using appropriate tools, templates and techniques.\nTranslate requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs, reviewing them with business and tech stakeholders to keep both aligned.\nSupport the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support prioritisation and investment decisions.\nProvide internal consultative services on specific activities such as process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, solution design, establishing performance standards/metrics.\nChange Management & Adoption\nAssist teams in adapting to new processes and act as a change manager to facilitate smooth transitions.\nPlan and deliver change activities (stakeholder impact analysis, communications, training) so that new processes and solutions are adopted and sustained.\nConduct post-implementation reviews to measure the effectiveness of changes and confirm that expected benefits are realized.\nAI-Enabled Ways of Working\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI and automation within business processes as part of optimization initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to raise the productivity of the PMO, and champion responsible AI adoption across teams in line with company data privacy and security policies.\nTO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, (or equivalent qualifications/experience)\n3+ years in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordination, or Business Operations role, ideally with exposure to both project delivery and business analysis\nExperience working within a technology environment and/or igaming is a must.\nExperience supporting the delivery of mid to large scale projects utilising a range of methodologies Predictive, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies, or structured project management practices.\nHands-on experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping (e.g. BPMN) and solution design.\nStrong understanding of, and practical experience applying, change management, continuous improvement and lean management principles.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, able to navigate and influence others from C-level down through all layers of the organization.\nProficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Miro, Lucidchart) and project management tools.\nDemonstrated hands-on use of generative AI tools (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve personal and team productivity, with strong prompting skills and an understanding of the limitations and responsible use of AI.\nExperience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, n8n, Zapier) is a plus.\nLean Six Sigma Belt, Value Stream Management or Lean Management certifications is a plus.\nProject Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, PRINCE2 AGILE) and/or Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.\nKnowledge of quality management standards (e.g. ISO 9001) is a plus.\nWant to help build the future of Catena Media?
