In this role, you will collaborate with the team and maintaining and improving processes and systems and the manufacturing of the products produced in the facility. Further you will analyze and recommend current and future systems procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing requirements.\nWhat you can look forward to doing in this role:\nMonitors and improves shop floor safety, aggressively eliminates unsafe processes\nAssures fixtures, tooling and processes are followed to meet production schedules\nDetermines priorities and sequences jobs\nSchedules and prioritizes constrained resources, and adjusts staffing to meet flow and customer requirements\nDetermines and executes disciplinary action when appropriate\nProcures and distributes production material to meet schedules\nProcures and distributes production material to meet schedules\nEnsures preventive maintenance is performed according to schedule\nImplements, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification and others\nEvaluates, assess, identifies and leads the deployment of workforce training\nSection Value Stream Mapping\nA successful candidate in this role will showcase their skills and have:\nA working knowledge of Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.\nA working knowledge in Talent Management: Knowledge of human resources and talent management processes; ability to lead, motivate, evaluate, and reward employees at the workplace.\nA working knowledge of Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.\nTop Candidates for this position may also have:\nManufacturing experience\nexperience in leadership within manufacturing environment\nGood communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills\nAbility to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.\nAdditional Information:\nThe primary location for this position is Sanford, NC.\nDomestic relocation assistance is not available\nSponsorship is not available\nSummary Pay Range:\n$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
