Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a skilled Accountant (R2R)) to join our Global Business Services RTR -Global Finance Services Division Team.\nTo perform Record To Report (RTR) activities for Global entities (US, EAME, APAC) based entities as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization as per - standard processes.\nThe preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India\nWhat you will do\nProvides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.\nMaintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.\nCreating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use. Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.\nMaintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.\nWhat you will have\n3-4 years of Accounting Degree or equivalent.\nProfessional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA preferrable\n2-3 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates with\nManufacturing & Service nature of business\nBasics in handling multiple ERP's and varied accounting tools\nBasics in Data Analytical skills and Interpretation of results\nBasics in understanding accounting/business issues\nFlexibility to work in multiple shift timings (APAC, EAME, US)\nThe position requires the candidate to work a 5-a day -week schedule in the office\nSkills desired:\nAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.\nLevel Working Knowledge:\nAccurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.\nUtilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.\nProcesses limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy.\nLearns from mistakes and applies lessons learned.\nDevelops and uses checklists to ensure that information goes out error-free.
