You will strengthen financial stewardship, build trusted business partnerships, and leverage AI-enabled technologies to provide timely, actionable insights that enable informed management decisions.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCultivate and sustain strategic partnerships across Caterpillar IT.\nDeliver monthly financial reporting and strategic analysis, translating key cost drivers and data insights into actionable business intelligence across multiple Caterpillar IT organizations.\nDrive annual business planning and quarterly forecast development, tracking, and updates.\nProvide strategic oversight and reporting to support capital execution.\nLead high-impact initiatives, including process automation, dashboard development, and lean simplification.\nChampion the strategic adoption of AI-enabled technologies to accelerate continuous improvement and deliver actionable, data-driven insights.\nDeliver timely, decision-focused analysis and reporting in support of evolving business priorities.\nWhat You Have:\nEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related business field.\nAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.\nAnalytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.\nEffective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.\nManaging Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.\nFinancial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.\nTop Candidates Will Also Have:\nAbility to quickly adopt the use of AI-enabled technologies and tools to accelerate continuous improvement and deliver actionable, data-driven insights.\nAbility to work independently with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.\nAbility to analyze processes and procedures and identify opportunities to gain efficiencies.\nProven track record of high levels of initiative, with the ability to take action and influence decisions to accomplish the goals of the organization.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
