You will contribute to this team by providing insights for our facility leadership teams to assist in the management of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple product groups and functional teams within EMD.\nWhat You Will Do:\nReport on financial performance for the facility and impacted product groups\nUtilize digital reporting tools to provide insights\nCoordinate all forecasting and analysis activities\nIdentify and implement process and efficiency improvements\nWhat You Have:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. \nAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.\nEffective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.\nFinancial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.\nManaging Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.\nAnalytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.\nWhat Will Set You Apart:\nExperience with SAP, Axiom and PowerBI\nStrong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills\nInitiative, good judgement and accountability\nAbility to resolve issues independently and take ownership of responsibilities\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Peoria, IL\nAdditional Locations: North Little Rock, AR; Brooklyn Park, MN\nRequired Travel: Up to 25%\nSummary Pay Range:\n$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
