You will partner with finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver accurate financial results, improve accounting processes, and support strategic business decisions.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead the preparation, review, and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.\nManage accounting operations including general ledger, account reconciliations, financial close processes, and reporting activities.\nEnsure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and company accounting policies.\nDevelop reporting and analytical processes that provide actionable insights into business performance.\nLead forecasting and financial performance reporting activities to support organizational decision-making.\nDrive continuous improvement within accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.\nDevelop, coach, and mentor accounting professionals while building a culture of accountability and high performance.\nCollaborate with finance, operations, tax, treasury, and business leaders to ensure alignment between accounting activities and strategic objectives.\nEvaluate and resolve complex accounting issues while recommending solutions that support business goals.\nWhat You Have:\nFinancial Reporting: Ability to create, interpret, and manage complex financial reporting processes while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance.\nAnalytical Thinking: Proven ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, quantify risks, and solve complex accounting and business challenges.\nEffective Communications: Ability to communicate financial information clearly, influence stakeholders, and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.\nFinancial Analysis: Working knowledge of financial analysis principles, tools, and methodologies used to evaluate performance and support business decisions.\nLeadership & Talent Development: Experience leading teams, establishing performance expectations, coaching employees, and supporting career development.\nProcess Improvement: Ability to evaluate accounting processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nJudgment & Decision Making: Ability to assess financial and operational information, balance risks and opportunities, and make sound business recommendations. Based on associated accounting leadership skills identified within the finance skills framework.\nTop Candidates Will Have:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent professional certification.\nExperience within manufacturing, industrial, energy, engineering, or Fortune 500 environments.\nSignificant expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and business performance reporting.\nExperience supporting multi-entity, multi-location, or global accounting operations.\nDemonstrated success developing high-performing accounting teams and future finance leaders.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
