We don't just talk about progress and innovation here - we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll build the software that helps massive equipment see, think, and work safely next to the people running it. Some days that’s robotics and autonomy. • Prove it works. Dig into test reviews and analysis, witness tests in person, and help get software certified.
  • Build and tune the build, integration, and release pipelines that turn “it works on my machine” into “it works on every machine.”
  • Help develop operator and machine safety systems that protect people and equipment on the job site.
  • Bring fresh ideas and new technology, including AI, to make our software smarter and more capable.
  • Solve the puzzles that come up when new software meets existing machines, infrastructure, and products.
